- Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for class. Late arrivals will be marked as absences.
- Exam Schedules: Exam dates and times are set exclusively by the teachers. Students are required to adhere to the published schedule without exception.
- Classroom Behavior & Discipline: Respectful and polite behavior is always required both towards teachers and peers. Disruptive students will be asked to leave the classroom. Serious offenses will be reported to the Academic Program Directors for appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Forms of Address: When communicating with teachers (verbally or via e-mail), address them as “Prof. [Last Name]”. Using a teacher’s first name is not permitted.
- E-mail Requirements: All emails must conclude with the student’s full name (First Name and Last Name).
- Official Communications: Once activated, students must use their institutional university e-mail address for all communications. Messages sent from personal e-mail accounts will not be accepted.
- Delivery Mode Restrictions: Students are prohibited from requesting changes to their chosen delivery mode (online vs. in-person), whether for class attendance or taking exams.
- Academic Integrity & AI Policy: Cheating in any form during exams—including the unauthorized use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools—will result in immediate disqualification. The student will be failed on the spot and barred from retaking the exam until the following exam session.
- Official Communications & Daily Checks: Students are required to check their personal/ institutional email, the official Telegram channel, Teams course channels, and any other communication channel specified by teachers or Foundation Course staff on a daily basis. Failure to check official communications will not be accepted as an excuse for missed deadlines, announcements, or updates.
