When you renew the Residence Permit for the first time (if you decide to enroll to an undergraduate degree) it will be enough to submit your Foundation Course final certificate+ your transcript of records in addition to the other documents. From the second time onwards you will have to pass at least two university exams every year otherwise your Residence permit will not be renewed.

In any case please note that the Residence permit cannot be renewed for more than three years in addition to the length of the degree program chosen.
